Public Notice Information – Watching the meeting and Public Comment: To watch a Board of Education Meeting live-streamed you must visit the district’s website to gain access the PCSTV channel. This can be done by:

-District website main page and click on PCSTV icon
Replays of meetings will be available on the website.
To participate in the public comment portion of the meeting you must be watching the live-stream. Prior to public comment the Board will take a 5 minute break at which point a graphic will be displayed. It will provide instructions along with the Zoom meeting ID and password. The ID and password will also be displayed on screen during the public comment period. After you enter the ID and password you will be admitted to the Zoom Waiting Room and then admitted to the meeting when your time comes to speak. After you complete your comment please remove yourself from Zoom and proceed back to the PCSTV live-stream on the district website.

You are invited to the last sessions of our parent virtual tech review series, next week starting on Tuesday Sept. 22nd or Wednesday, Sept. 23rd from 8am-8:45am. Next week’s sessions will review how to submit student work virtually via Google Classroom. All sessions will be presented in English and Spanish. To join a virtual session in English,click HERE.
